Leadership Programme
Our Leadership Programme is designed to cultivate growth, resilience and excellence among participants, guided by a rich cultural framework rooted in Māori mythology.
The programme is structured into three progressive levels-Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level represents different stages of development and achievement which are overseen by revered Māori deities who embody the qualities necessary at each phase.
- BRONZE-Foundations of Connection and Building. Sitting under the guardianship of Papatūanuku and Tane Mahuta. The Bronze stage symbolises the beginning of the leadership journey, focused on building connections establishing foundational skills and fostering a sense of belonging. This level encourages participants to lay strong roots and develop the essential qualities needed for growth.
- SILVER-Development and Resilience. Under the watchful guidance of Tangaroa and Hinemoana. The Silver level embodies development amidst the challenges of the sea, symbolising that despite the storms and uncertainties, growth and progress continue. Participants at this stage are encouraged to develop resilience, explore their potential and deepen their leadership capabilities.
- GOLD-Achievement and Excellence. Guided by Tūmatauenga and Hinekeira. The Gold level represents the pinnacle of achievement-warriors who have fought battles and emerged victorious. This stage is dedicated to excelling as leaders, taking on greater responsibilities and inspiring others through demonstrated strength and perseverance.
Throughout this programme, each participant is supported by guardians assigned to each level, ensuring personal guidance and encouragement as they navigate their leadership development.
