Term 1 Snorkelling is our big focus with heading to Goat Island (above Auckland) to visit the Marine Reserve. We learnt to snorkel in our school pool over the first 4 weeks of term. We went to the New Plymouth Aquatic Centre to practise in deep water and then the following week we headed to Ngamotu Reserve to look at all the marine wildlife there!      Snorkeling at school!
